Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, The Alpine Studio is the perfect destination for those seeking a mountain escape. With breathtaking views, it’s located in Alpe-des-Chaux (Gryon), just 150 meters (500 ft) from the ski slopes, next to the ski-lift of Les Fracherets and close to Lake Frience.

During the summer it is a pleasure to appreciatea meal on the balcony, enjoying a breathtaking view of the Swiss Alps; In winter the hydronic heating keeps the apartment temperature comfortable and balmy.

A well-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, an Areoccino milk frother, toaster, microwave, juice maker, boiler, fondue set, raclette set, and more. Complimentary condiments such as sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, are all included.

Unwind on the plush queen size sofa bed (160x200 cm) or the cozy armchair that can be transformed effortlessly into a large single bed (110x200 cm).

Immerse yourself in entertainment with fast WiFi, Netflix, and a smart TV, or listen to your favourite music through the Bang&Olufsen speaker. If you rather disconnect, a set of books in multiple languages, as well as card games are available on shelfs.

Washing machine and dryer are available in the building basement for a small fee.

A private locker is at your disposal to store your skis and boots.

A one vehicle private parking is available for free in the parking lot and clearly indicated with a sign.

Two EV charging stations (7kW and 22kW) are available just 150mt (500 ft) from the apartment.

Location:

• The apartment can be reached via private vehicle or public transport (train and bus). During winter, a 4wd equipped with winter tires or chains is recommended.
• The bus stop of Les Outanes is just 50 meters (150ft) away from the studio, you won’t need your car to reach the village of Gryon (5 mins by bus) or Villars-sur-Ollon (10 mins by bus).
• The ski slopes are 150mt away, just 3 mins walking distance.

Alpe-des-Chaux is a mountain location in the Swiss Alps near Gryon. Known for its stunning alpine scenery, it is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, and a key location for various outdoor activities:

• The region is known for its picturesque landscapes with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The Swiss Alps are renowned for their beauty, and this area is a prime example.
• In winter, it is a hub for downhill skiing, crosscountry skiing,snowboarding, and ski mountaineering, with access to slopes suitable for any skill levels. Gryon and Alpe-des-Chaux are part of the “Les Diablerets - Villars – Gryon” ski area, which offers you 104 km (65mi) of slopes. The ski area is included in the Magic Pass. After a day on the slopes, make sure you visit the spas in the village ofVillars.
• Gryon and the adjacent village ofVillars-sur-Ollon, are the ideal place to carry out a multitude of activities such as tennis, padel, golf, mini golf, andmountain biking.
